oops, forgot to mention...

These metal letters measure about 29" tall (t) and 22" tall (n) ....and have a depth of about 4"--and are in fabulous condition!
Although quite large, they are not heavy...easy to hang!

Successful scavaging--take a look!

Last weekend was amazing! We've added so many new things to the shop...here are a few:
-a variety of salt and pepper pairs
-vintage silver teapots (gorgeous vases for your fresh flowers!)
-vintage metal signage (including 54"x7" florist sign)
-infusion of game pieces, game boards, and WORD CARDS!

AND...

more photos to entice you!

-interesting "industrial" pieces
-wire baskets, grates, wall "art"
-lots for the garden...including vintage wire plant stand, wonderful watering cans, white metal "motel" rocker (excellent condition), wrought iron flower pot holder, various pails and containers
We thank you for taking the time to look at these photos and hope that they will make you want to come in and check out all the wonderful "new" stuff at Roots!

Great deal on entertainment piece!

Great solid wood (cherry?) entertainment piece! The piece measures 59"wide x 47.25" tall x 21" deep. The opening for the TV is generous 30+" wide and 27" tall.

This piece, while fabulous, just doesn't fit in our shop, and we need the room to bring in a couple more unique pieces. We are willing to let it go for $145. Please come in and see how nice this entertainment center is!

Our hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm.

NEWS FROM ROOTS!

We have been buying! OK, we have not travelled the "globe", but we have been out hunting and gathering all around the bi-state area and we've found some fun stuff. Come on in and you just might find that one-of-a-kind treasure that will enhance your home or garden. We also have some wonderful locally made items--the bird prints are by local artist Linda Harre, and the pillows (made of vintage linens and grain sacks) are made by local artist Brandi Whitney. We're here, the shop is full, and we are always happy to see you!
